3. Domain Registration, Renewal, and Transfer

  • Domain availability shown during search is indicative only. A domain is registered only after payment is confirmed and the registration is completed with the registry.
  • You are responsible for renewing your domains before their expiry date. Expired domains may enter redemption or deletion phases in accordance with registry policy, and recovery may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
  • Registrant contact details must be accurate. Providing false WHOIS information may lead to suspension or cancellation of a domain under ICANN policy.
  • Transfers are subject to registry rules, including any applicable transfer locks and waiting periods.
  • You agree not to register or use domains in a way that infringes the trademarks or rights of others.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout in the client area is the price that applies to your order.
  • Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once processed with the registry, except where required by law or registry policy.
  • Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in suspension of the associated services or domains until the matter is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service or any domain registered through us for unlawful purposes, including sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, or hosting content that violates applicable law. We may suspend services or domains where we are required to do so by a registry, a court order, or law.

6. Free Tools and Content

The free tools on our website (such as WHOIS lookup, DNS lookup, and domain generators) and the articles on our blog are provided for general information on an “as is” basis. We work to keep results accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that tool output or article content is complete, current, or error-free. Domain availability and pricing must always be confirmed in the client area before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The XYZREG name, logo, website design, and original content belong to XYZREG or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYZREG shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, data, or profits, arising from the use of the Service, the expiry or loss of a domain due to non-payment or late renewal, or temporary unavailability of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
